Shipping Times and Policies
Because of our personal attention to each step of creating your wall decor or furniture, orders placed with us will be delivered by standard UPS service in:
• 5-10 days for all items for which you have not specified personalization, custom sizing or custom images.
• 7-12 days for personalized items
If, for any reason, we anticipate a delay, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
You'll hear from us the day it ships with your UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date.

If you have an urgent need to receive your non-personalized and non-customized purchase sooner, we also offer two expedited delivery options, 5-Business-Day UPS and 3-Business-Day UPS. Leave a comment on your order form that you would like to upgrade your shipping and specify which of the two you want to upgrade to. We will contact you to confirm your upgrade.
These delivery options are available only within the continental United States and only for non-personalized and non-customized products.

Additionally you can save money when ordering multiple like items. For instance, 2 $39.95 mirrors ordered seperately would cost $40 in shipping but ordered together and the cost is only $20.
If your order is damaged in shipping, contact us by email, Wlc23@comcast.net, to let us know. We'll ship a replacement for the damaged item right away at no extra charge.
If you change your mind before we ship (usually within two business days) ,email us and we'll cancel your order immediately.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order after it arrives, email us within 10 days of receiving it and tell us the problem.
If you want to exchange your order for another, comparably priced item, we will ship you the replacement at no additional cost for the item or for shipping. And we will arrange free shipping of your original purchase back to us.
If you choose to return your order, we will refund you 100% of the price of the item. You pay only the cost for shipping to your home, but we will arrange for and will pay the cost of shipping back to us.
For your custom project we go through a process of sending out digital samples for you to review for accuracy. Once we receive your approval, we will purchase film, create a template, and proceed with the custom project. This approval process allows you to opt out at any time, but once approved, all sales are final
